Part-Time Client Associate
Essential Functions:
· Create a friendly, open and inviting environment for all in-store guests
· Maintain an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor
· Strive for the attainment of store sales goals
· Develop and retain a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals
· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and communicate fit, fabric and functionality
· Participate in effective in-store product and visual merchandising
· Participate in store event and CRM activities
Qualifications:
· 1 year of retail selling or client service experience in a complimentary environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal social skills
· Honesty and integrity in all actions
· Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
· Ability to stand for prolonged period of time; to reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch; ability to lift and/or move up to 15 lbs
