Full-time Keyholder

As a keyholder, you will offer an elevated level of customer service, combining your
personal style inspiration and learned product knowledge to create an experience that is
tailored to each customer’s individual needs. You will use your own life experiences,
fashion trend knowledge, and product information in order to deliver a genuine in-store
experience that maximizes opportunities for additional customer sales. Keyholders will
establish good working relationships with others as they contribute to associate training
and development and are in constant communication with the management team. You
will help reinforce customer service expectations with part time associates, make
associate zoning adjustments to better meet customer needs, and play an essential role
reaching team sales goals. You will learn essential operational and leadership functions
in preparation of running the store in the event a manager is not present. You will also
learn how to identify opportunities to remerchandise presentations in order to maximize
product performance and sales as keyholders play a role in updating, auditing and
maintaining all visual aspects of the store to company standard.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
One to two years previous retail experience preferred.
No supervisory / managerial experience is required.
Must be able to anticipate and respond to customer’s needs.

WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
25 - 32 hours per week, depending on the time of year and needs of the business. May
be required to work most Saturdays and/or Sundays, as well as the weeks of peak
holiday seasons. Hours and days expected to work may differ based on business, local
laws and employment contracts, if any.
