Catch Scottsdale is set to open its doors this Fall, bringing the signature style, spirit, and vibrant energy of Catch to the heart of Scottsdale. The 12,000-square-foot restaurant will offer a globally inspired menu of seafood, sushi, and steak, combined with excellent service and an energetic vibe. Signature dishes like the iconic Catch Roll, Spicy Gigli, and Cantonese Lobster—along with premium specialties like the Japanese sushi program, sourced directly from Tokyo’s Toyosu Market, and the interactive, tableside Japanese Wagyu hot rock experience—will be complemented by handcrafted cocktails, a bespoke martini service, and a curated selection of globally sourced wines.
