Girls on the Run offers after-school programs for 3rd-8th grade girls to build confidence, stay active, and stand up for themselves and others. The program combines running with life skills lessons and ends with a community impact project and celebratory 5K. Founded in 1966, the national nonprofit has impacted over 2.8 million girls across the U.S. and Canada.
