Duties:

Meet or exceed personal sales goals set forth by management
Build and endure client relationships through 100% data capture
Desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer's needs are met and exceeded
Demonstrate excellent customer service in all areas of the store
Earn customer confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
Visual Merchandising Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring a customer-driven store
Responsible for maintaining the store daily according to Beach Bunny Swimwear standards
Ensure full size representation of all merchandise on floor
Adjust merchandise placement as sell through dictates
Maintain a beautiful and functional store environment for clients
Operational - Responsible for a variety of operational tasks assigned by management team
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Assist with receiving shipments, and store to store transfers
