Zinqué is a French bistro, café and wine bar created by acclaimed entrepreneur and restaurateur, Emmanuel Dossetti. There are currently five locations in Southern California and one location in Scottsdale, Arizona. The menu features breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
